in the spring but I'd stay at Cypress point, had bad experiences at Bluebank.
I went in late April the crappie weren't biting that good. I've had friends go in March and have good luck just depends on the weather pattern. If you go book at cypress I had a bad experience with blue bank. I believe the cost is too high compared to the quality of room and boats given. Every boat I had used had problems and the majority of the rooms are out dated. Only rooms worth booking are ones directly above the dinning hall.
Ive been to the blue bank 4 times...but i bring my boat...n im an avid fisherman...room was good enough for me..but im only in it to sleep..all the time on water...i cought nice crappie under duck blind in may..also do well on gills... caught em in may..july and september...reelfoot has never let me down...but like i said...im avid...i catch em even when guides come back empty handed...that being said..any bone head wirh a boat n 150$ can be a guide in tennessee...its not like that in most states
