They should send you confirmation email with your tour times in it
They will send you a confirmation email immediately after booking. They will then send a follow up email 3-5 days prior to your tour with full check in details.
We got information from their website. I think Woodford was only tastings...we went to 10 distilleries. Some gave only tastings, some did both tastings and tours.
