The box office upstairs is almost always closed. Right at the bottom of the stairs is a booth where you pick them up.
If the box office is closed there is a desk at the bottom of the stairs you can't miss it.
At the Helium the box office is right at the door
At the club before you enter someone that works there will assist. Very polite employees.
