In-store help and advice was most excellent. I'd rate five stars. But the tech service for which I paid, and waited 5 days, was a no-show. So now there's another 3-day wait. That's not acceptable. So if you are purchasing something that doesn't require a tech appointment, this is a good place.

Good store in a vey strategic area. I go here due to the fact it is near a grocery store, two banks and a movie theatre. My only issue is staffing and there needs to be more people on the weekend where it is the busiest to prevent impatient customers where there's only one cashier doing all the work. Overall, good store, keep up the good job.

Google doesn't forward these questions to store employees. It just posts it on the stores location and notifies people that have been there that there is a question. Someone that works there MIGHT see the question but the quickest way to get an answer will be to call or stop in. Or even going to the office depot website and emailing someone actually at the company
