Great shop with very helpful bike experts and a great selection of bikes and accessories! They have a basement full of bikes/stock, so make sure you ask about what you’re looking for in case it’s not in the main showroom. I was looking for 24” kids bikes and they had a pretty good selection they pointed me to after asking. The team did a great job sizing the bike for my son and making sure brake handles and everything we’re working perfectly with our purchase. I really appreciate their attention to detail and expertise. Can’t wait to hit the trails with my kids!!!

Great service and selection. After seeing so many shops depleted of bikes, parts, etc. somehow Trailhead has a good selection of bikes (maybe Specialized is just better equipped than Trek in this topsy turvy supply chain world?). All of the team is knowledgeable about their ebikes. As well as their “acoustic” bikes. Very friendly, very responsive, and they seem better managed with inventory than any shop I have been in since COVID began.

These guys are so helpful and I'm really glad I found them. I wanted a shimano brand bottom bracket replacement and these guys are the closest Shimano service location to me. Bb's come in a lot of styles and sizes for some reason and I happen to have the older cup/ cone square taper setup. Matt happily answered any and all of my questions. John answered the phone and was also very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks again Trailhead Mesa and can't wait to visit 😀
