I absolutely love buying from Maplewood Bicycle. Their customer support is second to none. Luther answered multiple emails from me when I was looking at smart trainers. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. The staff at the shop went the extra mile popping my bike on the trainer I purchased and getting it properly adjusted. We do not offer adult tricycles. Bike Center is Des Peres is a shop that specializes in those unique bikes.
Peter, We do not offer free lifetime tune-ups. We cover tuning adjustments for two years. That covers the break in period of the cables, brake and shift and extra time for everything to settle in. Thank you for your question.
