I was in yesterday to troubleshoot my pedal clips and shoes and get a seat adjustment. I felt I was in good hands with Chad who assisted me. He solved both of my issues and made sure I was comfortable with my seat height and new pedals/clips before sending me on my way. I bought a new Trek Domane bike in March of '21 and love the bike and the purchase experience. It is what keeps me coming back to this Trek store for service and products. I always feel as if I'm in capable hands and getting great products, service, and advice.

Yes we do. Depending on the bearing size and type we might need to special order them. The best thing to do is bring in the old bearing or bike so we can match them exactly.
