I was finally able to find what I needed, but with very little help from staff. I am not sure if they are having the same problems as other companies with lack of employment. I like shopping at Kohl's for many different types of items, but it was frustrating.

I really like the new look, I hadn’t been in a while and it’s nice to have a Sephora in there! The store has been around for a long time but still looks modern. I am leaving one star off because I went recently to do a return and ask about online pick up, and the associate who helped me seemed really bothered by me being there. I’ve worked in retail and I know that look of “oh great, another customer”. The trick to customer service is that the customer isn’t actually supposed to know you feel that way. But she did take care of my return and point me in the direction of pick up. I also really like the process of self pick up!
