Go to the management go to the management and if you already have there's not much you can do about it you should try and Sue but that's not going to get you anywhere good luck try the regional manager
That particular location of Fantastic Sams can be hit and miss on the quality, depending upon who happens to be on duty. If I were you, I would simply call the store manager and/or the regional manager, and I'm sure they'll make it right for you. The manager used to be this woman named Sarah, who was terrific. I'm not sure who their new manager is.
