We had a lot of antique and specialty locks in our old south city home and Clements was able to make keys for all of them. We called a few other places and either they didn't carry keys for vintage locks or charged an insane amount to make a key or copy. Our 100 year old pocket door is restored! I own a Brinks drawer safe. The battery went dead and I lost the key. The safe has been locked for more than 10 years. I went to several locksmiths over the years, who said they couldn't open the safe. After watching several YouTube videos of locksmiths defeating safes, I gave it another try. I called a company who quoted me $150.00 to pick the lock. I called Clements and explained the situation over the phone. The gentleman on the phone advised he would charge $15.00 to pick the lock. Long story short, I dropped safe off, he called the next day and said it was ready. The price was $15.00 Pluse taxes. I strongly recommend this company, their service was quick and their pricing honest. If the need arises, they will be my first choice.

Our car top carrier had a broken key and as you can imagine this is a complete pain in the neck to deal with. But everything changed for the better when I met with Scott at Clements. He helped me take the carrier off the car Pulled the broken key out of the lock Made a new key with the remnants of the old key Helped me reinstall the carrier on the car Obviously a lot of us like to shop local but in this case I don’t know that there would be any other alternative to fixing the solution other than a skilled local professional Locksmith So next time your planning to go straight to a large national chain maybe consider Clemens because we need the local proprietor around for situations like this.
