He's a idiot! Just that simple. I asked for a reinforced stitch in a pair of tights and for the life of me he could not fathom what I was saying. There's 1 on Jefferson Avenue that is less than a mile away and there's no issue with communication.

The gentlemen makes you pay beforehand. I asked him if he could alter a pair of long bib overalls into a skirted jumper. He claimed he could after showing him a picture and used the word skirt and dress several times. When I picked it up he had only cut off the legs and made them into shorts. I politely asked him to fix this assuming it was an honest miscommunication due to language barrier. He then told me it was not possible. I feel taken advantage of because if it was not possible in the first place i would not have paid for the service. No refund was given.
