The employees here are a joke! I went in today asking for a 5/8 heater hose and nobody knew what a heater hose was. This one guy came up to me with an attitude asking me questions like, "What's a heater hose? What is it used for? Why do you need it?" After answering his questions he told me that they don't carry it and walked away. I go to the back of the store where all tubing and fuel lines are and guess what i see back there, 5/8 heater hose! I like this store and have been coming here for years because it is so close to home and they have mostly what I'm looking for. However, the employees here are making it hard for me to want to come back. Everyone that works here is old and crabby.

I've been here several times. Everyone is very friendly & are always helpful. I much rather go here than the big chain stores, they are just too overwhelming to me. Ace is the perfect size & they usually have what I'm looking for, or help me find it.
