Agreed. That's not the experience I had the last time o was there just a few short weeks ago.
You are asking the general public and we all go to this Longhorn. There service and food is always very good! We go there every couple weeks and never have a problem! Maybe you were at McDonalds and not Longhorn?

I live in Indianapolis and I have gone to the Longhorn Steakhouse here in my city. I received better service and better tasting Cuisine from the one in Orland Park Illinois than I have received in Indianapolis. So I don't know about any bad experiences in Orland Park but mine was superb!
I go to Longhorn often, mostly in Orland. For the most part, my experience with Longhorn has been good; however, I'll also say that on occasion, they slip up and the service might not be as good and they'll mess up a food order. Each time I've had to send an order back, they were accommodating, although a couple of times I had to battle it out with a manager. Again, for the most part they're good but every now and then, they slip up.
Really depends on where you go. Should all be good locations. Good Food & Staff in Orland.
My experience has been great maybe you should have posted a review n b4 leaving asked management sorry your experience wasnt as great as mines every time I go
Sorry you had a bad experience, so far I've always had great food and service.
