Self check out seriously hire people store is a mess! Then after you check yourself out some has to come behind you and take off the sensors. Never again cant imagine they will be doing this a Christmas time.

When I was inside shopping, I asked one of the I believe managers to help me find an item and he was very rude did not help me find what i was looking for. He instead grabbed another associate and was being very rude towards them. Later when i was purchasing my items I asked if they could check for an item online or in another store, the same rude manager helped me but he insisted that there wasn’t any online and would not tell me what other store i could visit. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! That short, bald, white man was very rude. I don’t know why he’s in the customer service business.

OLD NAVY of Orland Park, IL is by far a established store in our community. It is located roughly 153rd & LaGrange Rd. (East) within a ménage of other popular stores walking distance to one another. I enjoy shopping at Old Navy online & at the store itself. The site is easy to navigate and the store well laid out & clean. I find employees available to help with clothing, pricing etc should you need. Toward the rear of the store are sales racks with clothing that have been reduced/marked down. I find shopping at the brick n mortar an advantage for trying on different styles & sizes and importantly for high sellouts of online merchandise. The reduced clothing prices can be marked lower than a similar or same product online. The merchandise is a good value for families (men, women & kids) and has consistent sales and perks. Card members receive points and heftier perks at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic or Athleta. I do recommend Old Navy for your casual and affordable clothing items.
