The fact that I am reviewing means this store has sent me over the edge!!! Bottom line, there is an older lady in the store who probably should retire because her attitude is too jacked up to be working in the public. She was downright RUDE, FUNKY, DISMISSIVE and DEMEANING. Another lady got flip when asked simple questions, again, retire if you do not know how to effectively communicate. On top of that, making up policy and procedures is a formula for disaster, especially when those policies are NOT on the receipt. My whole point, TERRIBLE customer service. ONE gentleman saved the day. Overall, it was a STRESSFUL visit. So much so, we are considering never return to this store or any of them, depending on whether or not " this alleged corporate office ever responds to our issue.
