I didn’t like my experience working here. I was basically fired you can say because the trainer Lindsey was a lazy trainer and she was very rude to me. Management said they would give us a new trainer if we couldn’t get along well. She didn’t teach me anything I learned on my own and it’s bad how I had to get dropped and you couldn’t give me nothing to do. Don’t waste your time working here it’s a big joke. I sacrificed a lot to work here. I don’t have a car I had to buy a whole month bus pass for $60 for nothing. Then I ordered a white collared shirt to work here. They don’t obviously appreciate good people. No, I am not going back wouldn’t send my worst enemy. The way that lady was trying to manipulate me and insult me MV can go to hell for all I care. I will never apply here again. A big Rubbish. You sent me home yesterday and gave me today off? So basically you fired me. So it’s well. It wasn’t my cup of tea anyway. Getting on and off the bus securing wheel chairs is too much work for $15.00 thank God I have back ups and not have to settle for this. I’d rather work any restaurant any day then to do this job. Horrible experience and I don’t recommend this was Jacksonville location

I give them 0 stars nothings great about them VERY RUDE, NASTY, LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL never on time for patients apts always have a HIGH turn over with employees. Literally had a patient waiting 5 hours for them to pick them up that's just ridiculous !!!!!! I HATE MV TRANSPORTATION NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT WILL REGRET IN END !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do not use this transportation company. they drop patients off at the wrong location and do nothing to take them to the clinic with their appointment. They always say they are running short on drivers. Clearly they need to schedule more efficiently so that when they make mistakes (which they do all the time) it can be fixed.

I wish we knew of other (Better) transportation services for my grandfather (he’s in a wheelchair and English is his second language). The bus has left my grandfather before so he waits for a long time in hot or cold weather for someone to pick him up. Isn’t their job to help with transportation?? I’m disappointed.
