I purchased a Crunchwrap supreme $ It seemed pretty flat. After one bite I noted that there was zero lettuce or tomatoes in that bite & I couldn’t see any either. When I expressed my discontent to the manager that it’s nothing like the picture, she explained the picture was meant to sell product & what you get is based on weight not the picture! She opened my Crunchwrap in front of me (with an arrogant attitude) at the front counter to show me there was some of both in the meal. It seemed to contain about 1.5 tbs of lettuce & less than a tsp of tomatoes. She took it & made me a new one. The remake was good. I went to the front to thank her as she walked by & she just ignored me. The rest of our order was good. The restaurant was clean.

They don't ever get the order right. The last 3 times I went I had to go twice or leave someone without garbage dinner because they forgot half the order. The burritos have a thumbs worth of filling and the tacos contain about as much as a child's pinky. The tacos are somewhat magical as they have dissolved where the pittance of filling lies but continues to stay stale on the top 4/5ths where nothing fills it. When the Mexican pizza came back I excitedly got one.. legitimately looked empty and had about a tablespoon worth of beef and I paid the .50¢ upcharge for double beef. Next time I did not and surprise, it was still a complete disappointment. At least they are consistent!

It was very bad, I had to wait for about 35 to 40 minutes to get my food and it was not hot at all and the people working was trying to get the orders out but it was just 4 of them, no cashier at all, bathroom was nasty. Sorry but it's what it's ok.
