Never trust what sales rep says. I got 4 lines, 3lines without any promotion and 1 line I bought the phone from my pocket for $699 and that $699 credit supposed to apply to my account. It's been 8 months still waiting for $699 to credit in my account. Verizon customer service do not take responsibility what their sales rep says when they sale the promotions. I called them numerous times still no solution. ****DO NOT TRUST WHAT SALES REP SAYS**** ****VERIZON DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF THEIR OWN SALES REP**** ****NEVER FALL FOR THEIR PROMOTIONS WITHOUT HAVING ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENT**** THEY HAVE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW AND TOLD ME TO FILL OUT THE THE FORM SO THEY CAN ACCELERATE THE ISSUE, BUT STILL NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME.

The worst experience ever. Orland Park, IL store customer service awful!!! If I could I would give negative stars. Being with Verizon for over 23 years I was treated with a lie and disrespect. Store manager tried to cover up her employee’s lie. After calling corporate I’ve got what I needed with a professional customer service and my phone is coming to my house. Please avoid that location!!! If you really need to go in just go to a different one or call corporate! Way better service there. If someone doesn’t know how to deal with customers then that person should stay at home on the couch and not ruin some other peoples day!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst Verizon stores I’ve been to. They never have enough staff working and are always extremely busy. The representatives here are miserable and I wouldn’t blame them. Avoid this store at all costs until they actually pay attention to their staff and fix the management.

Yes, they offer that option. It is also available as a self serve option on the My Verizon App. Click the little chat circle and just type 'change mobile number' into the text field and it will walk you through.
Yes, but in most cases you really shouldn't need to. If you are planning on going during the busy hours I would just wait for another day. Scheduling an appointment doesn't necessarily guarantee you uninterrupted quality time with a representative. You'll certainly spend less time there but you'd be better off to avoid the rush. Go on a day off of work when you can go in when it's slower.
