Will never go back there after my child got threatened by one of the staff members. Terrible experience. My 16 year old was looking forward to her first blood donation,  but instead left in tears.  Will not recommend this place to Anyone!!! Try Red Cross or Versiti instead.

I'm a "seasoned veteran" of donating blood (have donated over 100 times). The staff at LifeSource in Orland Park (Judy, Michelle, Renee) are all excellent at their jobs. On my arm, they have to go through "scarring" from the many times I've donated (one arm has the better vein than the other). I also have small veins and so it makes it difficult (sometimes) to get the vein. They typically have no trouble! They are professional, courteous, and super friendly (especially since they know me so well)! lol I brought a co-worker to donate blood with me and she had a very good "first-time donor" experience (as I knew she would)! I highly recommend LifeSource at Orland Park.
