How do you get a hold of a manager at the West Dundee location? Because the employees up front do not seem to want to help you at all. Im not kidding, I have never never been to a grocery store where majority of the employees are careless and rude.

Have news for u pam. That situation is NOT exclusive to that store. Had same situation at riverside jewel and manager wad indifferent. All these folks want yo do is come to work put their 8 hours in, go homrw and pick up their pay on payday. The new work ethic go work gey paid and screw ever body in the meantime.

Hi Pam. Just go to the service desk and ask for the store director. If it's after 6pm, ask for a grocery manager.
