Absolutely terrible. Always out of some produce (today was lemons and limes, last time was garlic). Merchandise is not handled properly. My yougurt was very grainy which means it probably sat in heat at some point. Same with my ice cream cones. They melted at some point and were refrozen. Freezer burned, with chucks of ice in them...disgusting. At least one or two items i find always expired. They should be ashamed of themselves. Highest prices around. Never shopping here again.

The stocking lady in the medical aisle was very helpful l and, the checkout lady and the bagger were very efficient and polite.

They had everything I needed, even buttercup squash(kombucha,)and there were not lines in the checkout. This has been my main grocery store for 32 years, so I still have a hard time finding things since their remodel during the beginning of the pandemic.

Horribly rude associates every time I’ve been and I just moved here 4 weeks ago! I only returned today in order to purchase an I-pass. We got a few more things for our trip into town and I simply tried to use my app rewards while in self-checkout. The associate got all huffy and upset and printed out my transaction to do at the main register and another came to help. After more fumbling and questioning the app, I simply tried to help them with their reading comprehension that my reward was already “clipped”—past tense. They continued to be rude and helpless and then tried telling me to calm down. I have never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere nor witnessed such ineptitude when it is their store’s app! We will not be returning. I sure miss HEB in Texas. Day ruined by these people. Train your people better in all aspects. It’s barely 10 am…
