I bought a shoe from Shoe Dept. Encore which is at South Ridge Mall, Wisconsin. It was an expensive shoes and after wearing few times the shoe inside thing was got damaged which is very unusual. Since that mall is very far from where I live I took some time and went back to the same store on Sunday after driving 1 hour 55 minutes and showed that shoes defect to one of the employee, the Manager was off and the Assistant Manager was at counter, the employee went to her and said about the shoes and without seeing the shoes and looking at the problem she said No Returns and few minutes later She came to us saying it’s greasy, dirty shoes ( WHICH WAS NOT ) and can’t do returns and the way she did treated me was very very UNACCEPTABLE. Then today I went to the store at West Dundee which is located at Spring Hill Mall, I must say I got treated like a guest and they took the returns after seeing the unusual tear in the shoes and I bought two shoes. Bryan and the other lady was very very good in the customer service and the store is very well organized and very well maintained a different variety of shoes and customers are treated as guest. I would definitely go and refer this store to All. Thank you once again Bryan and the Lady. See you guys soon 🙂👍🏻

Have a variety of shoes BUT.....IF your shoe is defective or you have a problem with the shoes they WILL NOT return it, even if you wore it once for a couple hours to try them out. The worst employees u will ever see. Bad and ill mannered customer service.

Worst experience i have ever had in my life! Worst employee i have ever seen in my life, Diamond. She had no manners, no ethics or etiquette. She was rude and did not help me with the issue that i was having with a defective pair of shoe that caused a blister on my foot. She wouldn’t listen to me and handed me a phone number and said “call this number and tell them whatever it is that you’re crying about” The worst human i have seen! I'm an educated person, i wasn’t rude or raised my voice the whole time. The store reputation would improve if these kind of people are removed. Nevertheless, i will never go to this store again, and i will surely tell people i care about never to go to this kind of place! To the store: DO NOT SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! And than not return it, that is cheating. I was lied to that no one in this store had the authority to take back defective shoes so come back and see Rebecca the manager!!

So let me tell you about the best pair of shoes I ever bought, and why I bought them. I wasn't planing on buying shoes, but I was in Springhill mall after forever and happened to be going in almost every store... A young lady named Payton brought them to my attention. It was one set of shoes in my size left available, although she originally recommended timberland; she reassessed me after watching me select what my fashionable preferences might be. Recommending my price range, my style, my comfort and accessories, she made her best seggestion and went to help new customers. I continued trying shoes without thinking twice about her suggestion. Realizing that I wasn't necessarily going to buy anything anyway... I tried the pair that she suggested. It was Magic. I still like my other shoes, but these are one of a kind.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
