The folks at Right at Home in West Dundee have become part of our family. The level of care given to both my parents (in their 90's) has been amazing and I really believe my Dad is alive today in part to their care early on and now continuing with live in caregivers instead of 12 hour shifts. No matter what my parents needed, they were able to provide with loving, caring people that are well trained. One the odd occasion over the last 6 months that we had an issue, it was addressed quickly and completely. If you need care, look no further. When my parents had an emergency medical situation come up in mid-December 2019, Jeanette helped me immediately get a caregiver into their home until I could arrive from out-of-state. She then worked with me to keep caregivers with my disabled mother as needed and over the holidays until I could get my mother transitioned to long-term care. The caregivers were diligent and helpful. I appreciated Jeanette's compassion and professionalism as she helped provide me with peace of mind in a very stressful situation.

Once we understand your unique situation and needs, we are able to match you with a caregiver whose skills best match your care plan, as well as your personality. If at any time you wish to change caregivers, please contact our office, and we will do everything we can to get the best possible match for you or your loved one.
Personal care involves any tasks done for you that are of a personal nature. Tasks may include personal hygiene, such as bathing, showering, shampooing, shaving, oral hygiene and nail care, or they might include continence management, for example, toileting, catheter/stoma care, skin care, incontinence laundry and changing bedsheets.
