Yes, food is ok only. Bring water when walking around. The train ride is fun. Walking, walking, walking, did I mention walking! !
Yes there's a diner but not sure of hours everyday. I would call and ask or do like we did. We took a picnic lunch that you can take in and they have picnic tables over by the kids play ground
