It's very seasonal. The reservoir is small. Recommend calling the visitor center or ranger.
Water was turned back on when we camped there on May 4-6.
There was water at the group site when we were there ~3-4 weeks ago.
It was on two weeks ago (on the weekend) in the group campground.
