There were prices on the menu I got
I would say most of the prices for entrees are around $15-25, but that comes with an antipasto tray, an entire loaf of (good) bread and a soup or salad. The staff is really nice, the food generally tastes fresh (it doesn't taste like it all comes from a can like some of the other restaurants in the area) and portions are huge (I always end up taking quite a bit home), so it's worth it!
I have never been given a menu that did not have the prices at Caterina's. But, there are circumstances where diners might want such a menu and perhaps you were given one by accident or at the request of a fellow diner who did not mention it to you.
Worst place
They are not an expensive restaurant. Probably because their cost change every month. They are well worth the price. Best Italian I have been to in years.
I don't know but, their prices are reasonable for a mid to upscale restaurant.
