PT 2(Visit 3 months later) store Manager is extremely rude and for no reason at all...I am assuming shelves are empty because of lack of staff due to the way he speaks to customers I can only safely assume his mannerism towards employees is even worse! Got a covid test taken Friday today is day 4 still no results. No one at cvs Is willing to tell me anything. Noone from minute clinic would help nor anyone from mychart...I am done with cvs. If you can't get away from this place be prepared to wait forever in the drive thru with no way out. Also don't expect anyone to answer your phone calls!!! Awful Awful experience I loathe this place

I had a good experience at CVS pharmacy on 76th and Oklahoma Ave. I had a booster vaccine that was quick and painless! I was given a coupon for $5.00off any in store $20 dollar purchase.Better then nothing I guess! I used it! I found what I wanted and the service was quick and cordial.They had sales on makeup and jewelry.I bought a ring I loved to reward my cowardly self! I like this pharmacy better then most!

Drive through pickup here consistently takes over 10 minutes, even when there’s only 2-3 cars in front of you. Problem is - once you’re in the line there’s no getting out. It’s a very narrow one way lane. On top of long waits I’ve dealt with rude pharmacy techs on multiple occasions. The only reason I come here is because the location is so convenient for me but every time I come back I find myself questioning why I did.

Poor customer service after dropping off UPS package. There was nobody in line where the cashier could have scanned it and was there in a evening prior when my package was scanned in. I asked (I think a manager) for my package to be scanned in and was chased to the parking lot afterwards confronted by him. Walgreens scans FedEx packages when we drop them, why can't CVS!
