Another visit to this store has me lowering the rating even further. This store is a perfect example of why Kohls needs to be sold and run properly. Prices in this store are a guessing game. Many things are not marked at all. many of the electronic tags are offline or needing new batteries. Getting assistance is pointless and checkouts are understaffed no matter how busy. Stock on sale items is horrible. I am honestly ready to cut up my Kohls card and stop shopping at any location.

I had placed an order for pick up and it turned out to be self pick up! It was easy to do but was located in the far back of the store. Walked thru the new Sephora section, very nicely done.

Just needs more wide size 13 mens shoe options, otherwise great store and can pick up from ordering online.

If you love dropping off Amazon packages for return, then you're gonna love Kohls. You can return pretty much any product from Amazon as long as you have the original packaging. I brought my blender in without even washing it and they were like "thanks man". Definitely top 10 item return experiences of my adult life.
