Used this place at your own risk. Had my 2015 suburban go through their car wash. It caught the rear quarter panel, ripping the back and bumper on my truck. Sadly it didn't tear off just stuck hanging back in March 14 2022. Went back after I came home and saw the damage, had them fill out a report and was told to wait while it went through chain of command for approval. In April we received a call stating the video was reviewed and they require 3 quotes. I went to get 1 quote as the other 2 would be the same, the repair would be done at a Chevy dealer. I bring them the quote in June, told they didn't even know this was a problem that needed to be taken care of, eventually they found the incident form which I took a picture of back in March. Stated it could be a while for them to get the approval. I explained someone called and stated the video was reviewed and reapirs were approved. I was still told it would be a while as they couldn't verify the video, apparently the database deletes them after some time. We saved the voice-mail with the approval on it. I've been calling every couple of days since July 1st to get a response. No answer, leave a voice mail and still no return call. Pick up your phones, return your calls. Pay for the damage you've done. My next step is to have my insurance repair the vehicle and have them and an attorney contact this company to retrieve the repair money. I've attached photos of the damage, I know it doesn't look like much but the damage is $2800 and the repair shop isn't sure that's the final number as the park assist seems to become broken as a result of this.

I have the monthly pass and get my car washed almost daily. No major issues, just sometimes there’s still bird poop left on the hood after a couple of washes. All in all good experience

I paid good money for a membership for them to close 45 minutes early that's ridiculous. Looks like I'll be choosing a membership from literally any of the other car washes in town.

Hi David, if you currently have a platinum or Gold membership you can add as many vehicles as you’d like for $24.99 each.
They have a price list on their website. They also have free vacuums for customers.
