Yes, as already stated. However, they only have a few small tables. So if you ever plan to go there with a large party, you might want to call and make some arrangements, first. They're open now. (Why not just call them with your specific questions?)
Yes. There are a couple of tables at the new location. You can eat there. I'm not sure about plates and servers and whatnot but Pizzeria Scotty has yet to disappoint me. 5 stars all the way.
