I don't believe the current state of science and technology is able to answer that question. Maybe someday we'll find the answer. Lol
They are very slow, and usually under staffed at this tb. Not unusual for cars to be lined up down the street late night when everything else in the area is closed.
The usual answer that you get at every taco bell nowadays......."we are short of people ". I think Taco Bell owner doesn't care anymore and franchise is handed over to anybody who has money and not the skills! You haven't visited the one on Silver Spring and hwy 100. After waiting and ordering at 6th or 7th in line, when you reach the pick up window.....you are told they are out of the stuff that you ordered!!
