Food was up quick and good service not so good asked for medium sauce got the bag tossed at me employee said with the exhausted face it's in the bag and shut the window and there was no one else in the store not busy at all

Slow, which I expected because everywhere is short-staffed (20 minutes, 4 cars in front of me) but the food was terrible (only half the crunch wrap had a little bit of meat and the rest of it had none with no nacho cheese, got the cantina taco and it had a tiny glob of avocado cream on half of the taco). Don't waste your time.

I ordered 2 extra nachos and cheese and asked the servers to repeat the order bas d upon mistakes made on the past. When I returned home the added nachos, for which I was charged, were missing. I called the manager, Nina, who offered 3 burrito supremes and nachos and cheese to compensate for the loss and inconvenience. I was expected to claim the compensation last Sunday at 5PM, but was unable to do so so I called back on May 17fh and asked to speak to a manager who was extremely disrespectful and refused to honor what the other manager had offered! I have also left tips w no thx forthcoming from the staff. I note other positive reviews and wonder how their experience can be so different! Staff desperately need training in positive and respectful customer relations!

While the staff was really nice and apologetic I sat in the line for over 45 minutes. There were only 2 people working at the time and they had a line stretching out on to the street. They should definitely try to have more people on the schedule to relieve the stress off of the employees and make the customers happier with faster service.

Well, I only been to their drive thru, so it's limited to that. They are wearing both masks and gloves. There is no touch as they put the food in a basket so other than payment, no hand to hand contact. Overall, I feel much safer if you have to use fast food.
I've been at this location at around 10:00 pm on a Saturday night when there was only one employee working. She was trying to do the job of three people and there was a line of 8 cars waiting half an hour for food. They, like everyone else, are having trouble staying fully staffed. So, I would be willing to bet that "closed for maintenance" really means "we can't open because we don't have enough staff." We won't even go to the McDonald's near that Taco Bell because it's gotten so bad. They constantly say their credit card machine is broken, they don't turn on the outside lights at night, they say they are out of things they don't want to cook. I believe, these are all tactics that employees of fast food restaurants use to keep customers away so that they don't have to actually work but still get paid. I've called the McDonald's customer service number to complain, big things haven't changed. So I think it's an ongoing issue with finding honest, reliable, hard-working employees.
I don't believe the current state of science and technology is able to answer that question. Maybe someday we'll find the answer. Lol
