This Arbys gave me my regular roast beef sandwich and fries without any arbys sauce or ketchup. They didn’t ask so I assumed it would be in the bag-NOPE! This location is not open inside,they were drive through only and the drive-through has a long line. Now I’m new to the Milwaukee area so maybe I’m not up to date on how things are in the Midwest. I think you should have at least offered me ketchup for my fries. In Texas where I’m from they would have at least offered me that and given me the chance to get ketchup.

I used to love Arby’s! But unfortunately the last couple dozen times I tried to eat at the Waukesha or New Berlin restaurants… dining room is always closed! Sorry I don’t want to eat in my car… open up your dining rooms! I don’t even try anymore… I just go somewhere else!

Friendly staff..got my food drove off onto the highway notice my bum on my fish sandwich really burn other than that everything went good..

The were understaffed like everyone now days, but that didn't seem to effect the food quality at all or the mood of the manager on duty. She was apologetic about the speed but I told her it was no worry at all... I completely understood the issues she was facing with staffing. Look forward to getting my roast beast fix again the near future.
