I was asked to pull ahead and wait while they made my fish sandwich. Then they brought my bag out and I went home. When I got home and unpacked the bag so we could eat everything but the fish sandwich was in the bag. When I called I was told I could return to the store with my receipt and they would make me one. Why did I wait for it if I was going to need to return to get it.

Nice building and decor, indoor playground for the kids. The manager did not seem to have very competent help, when we went to sit down almost all the tables were dirty, and a fry or two on the floor and a napkin or two. We heard two people come back to the counter complaining their order was messed up. Are these ceiling lights all burned out?

Phenomenal service and flavor. I was astounded. At at such a low price too. I've been a fan of this restaurant for many years and I hope to stay a regular for a long time to come.

Absolutely terrible. The drive-thru woman I kid you not was talking on her cell phone the entire time!! Since she was juggling her phone and our food she was holding our drinks against her chest to collect my payment. I am absolutely in awe. It's only 8:00 and even our fries taste like they were cooked and reheated from yesterday.
