We're looking for a place to stay for the night while driving cross country. I notice this place doesn't take reservations. Should I be concerned that I'll get there and there not be any spots left?

We had a problem last night with finding a spot. There were none available. We came in very late in the middle of the night and it's summer so lots of families on the road

We have stayed with no problems. A great place to stay as we where there last October for a week and the most RV's was four out if 12 sites. Not much in Ellis but if you drive to Hays you will enjoy the historical sites and atmosphere of HaysAmerica.

There's only 6 or 7 sites.

I have RV'd overnight here twice while traveling across country. Of course none of us can guarantee a spot for you, but i have not had any issues finding a spot. Get off the road early here and i believe you should be fine.
