Very good pricing. The staff was nice, the place seemed fairly clean other than there was dead bugs in quite a few places), there was an okay breakfast, they were accommodating and had all the necessities. I didn’t stay long so not sure on the pool, etc. Couldn’t adjust AC cause it was broken. Overall the place is kind of dated, but for the price can’t complain. There was some cats outside it looks like they had fed, which was cute.

Good price and clean rooms. Conveniently located off the highway. Provided a good breakfast so we could get back on the road the next morning. Staff was very polite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. They very graciously let us use their dining area and microwave to prepare our meal. They also feed the local stray cats. The pool and hot tub were clean. All that being said it is a bit dated. It is due for a renovation. I only take one star for this. We were happy with our stay.

You get what you pay for!! I was really excited to see such great reviews from others, but our experience was quite different. We booked through Hotels.com and upon arrival the hotel could not find our reservation. I had to get hotels.com on the phone and they were still not able to figure it out. I was told to cancel the room with hotels.com and they would book me directly. I ended up paying more for the room directly. At 10:15pm this hotel was still very busy with people in and out. We were put in a room near the entrance and our neighbors played music all night and partied. When I complained to the front desk I was told “we haven’t heard anything”… as if I’d choose to make something like that up at midnight. Again many others experience seemed better than ours, but driving here from KC I wish we’d stayed in Hays for 20 bucks more instead of this one off hotel on a country road. I do want to mention the people at the front desk when we came to check in were very kind and I know did their best to try to help with the reservation issue.
