I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 and need a new FOB. How do I go about ordering one and how much do they typically cost with programming included?

I needed a new one for my plumbing business, went and walked the trade in lot found a new 1500 Chevy 22k on it , just what I was looking for saved thousands and has been a great truck , still have it. I did get the warranty transferred but never had to use it.
