Wow!! Parks treated us fantastic. My husband saw this truck online, called and asked if they would hold it for us since we were driving from out of state. The sales manager was very responsive, and our sales associate, Danilo, was extremely helpful and friendly. We made our appointment and drove 6 hours to pick this up. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, and because they started the paperwork for us ahead of time turned the sale over to us quickly. We would certainly drive the 380 miles again to purchase another vehicle from them again! Thank you for the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had!! Highly recommend!!

I’ve had this issue not to long ago, it was nasty & rude... I’ll never go through them again. They talked good game through their commercial. So I really wanted to try them.

While I was there everyone had a mask on. The exception appeared to be (at least for some) if they were not with a customer, directly face to face.
Yes they do we got a new car and had bad credit I was amazed
I needed a new one for my plumbing business, went and walked the trade in lot found a new 1500 Chevy 22k on it , just what I was looking for saved thousands and has been a great truck , still have it. I did get the warranty transferred but never had to use it.
They are all set by the bank. The max rate is 28% but we typically can get much better than that
I will never let them touch anything if mine again. None of them know what they are doing.
