We have never been disrespected by employees there. Always receive wonderful service. Maybe you had someone who may have been having a bad day. I'd recommend speaking to the manager about your experience and I'm sure they will make it right.
I used to work here and I have personally seen several people getting kicked off the property for cold food. So I would definitely encourage a boycott. The managers are completely disrespectful to customers and get into arguments over the littlest things.
I have personally had no issues with the staff at this business. They are friendly and welcoming in my experience. May I suggest, if you had an issue you should have discussed with Management to express your concerns..not take to social media.
I have never had an issue with any of the staff at Steak 'n Shake anywhere.
