We lived at the hawthorn Weaverville for 5 years , we have 2 little girls and absolutely love it , its been the best from all ways, great area that all the shops right next to you, kids and pets friendly. Kids can play at the clean and safe playground , meet neighbors at the grill area and amazing beautiful swimming pool that is cleaned all seasons and you can enjoy sitting their. The maintenance guys are very helpful and on time every time we need. they Always wants the residents to feel home and comfortable and have everything we need. They always do events and do the best for their community. They have a nice gym and yoga room that I love to exercise at. Also they have a nice clean dog park. We really love it. I highly recommend this place to live in.

Hawthorne at Weaverville is so organized, clean, and well managed! I have been a vendor partner with them for several years and they never skip a detail when it come to making each apartment "brand new" for each resident. Zach and Leah are a pleasure to work with. Great can-do, happy attitudes!

They take really good care of their properties and Residents. If you are looking for a place to call home this is it!!

Maverick's Farmer's Market

We love this gorgeous place! Not only are they chock FULL of amenities and and beautiful community to tour, they have a fantastic little farmer's market (THAT"S US!) that meets every Tuesday between 3-5:30 in the clubhouse. Talk about a unique feature that brings local awesomeness to your door! The staff have been friendly, welcoming, and helpful to us: we know they will be to you too!
