bad business practices / deceptive policies. I signed up with a trainer. When the trainer left to find a better paying job, they kept charging me $800+ per month. I wrote an email asking for it to stop but got no answer. They said the contract was for them to provide a trainer, not with my trainer... though I made it clear I wasn't going to resume, especially when I didn't schedule with a new trainer. No one reasonably thinks this is what's happening. It was deceptive. They took my checking account number and continued to charge it even after I repeatedly asked them to switch to a different account. They promised to repay my NSF fees, since they were charging the wrong account, but never did. Overall my satisfaction with the gym was just OK -- but my experience as a customer was horrible.

The trainers and staff here are always so helpful. Never embarrassed when I ask them about proper form like my last gym. With that and how much equipment they offer, you just can't go wrong with this gym.

I love coming to this gym! I have a gym in my home town but I drive a ways to this one because it’s 24/7 and has better pricing and atmosphere! The staff are always so friendly and always willing to help with whatever u need and I just love the vibe at this gym. This gym is always very clean (with sanitation bottles at every station) and has great equipment. I also love that they have tanning beds and hydro massage beds!

I love this gym! I’ve been coming here consistently for 3 months and I have had a great experience. The staff really make this place but it’s also always very clean and organized. I tried another gym while out of town a couple weeks back and missed my gym. Is there an additional fee yearly to keep your membership? If so how much, I have have my membership eversince you opened and stopped because of COVID. I am thinking of coming back but still cautious about returning because some people havent taken their vaccine putting others at risk. My family included in this comment, and they indeed caught it. they are better now but I am in a high risk catagory, diabetic and 64. Can you ease my fears and answer my questions?

Hi Rachel! In the upcoming new year we will offer MX4 classes which is a coach led class. Children are allowed to accompany an adult in the gym starting at age 12.
