This place has literally changed my life. Open 24 hours, I consider the staff friends now. This gym is like a diverse community or great people. The equipment is top tier and just updated. I’m so glad I came here when I friend referred it instead of the big corporation gym. 5 star, recommended.

Good down home gym to workout in. I have been working out here for almost 2 decades. Flynn is always updating his equipment and if you have any questions or issues he is always around to help. Yes its 5 dollars a day 20-30 dollars a month.. no fees no contracts they are the nicest bunch of people you could ever meet.
