Update - 6/15/22 - The service today was so much better!!!! The realization of this day and time really hit hard at the Weaverville McDonald's. The 30 minute wait to just give our order was difficult and the person taking the order needed additional training. We get to the first window and the young man taking our money said absolutely nothing, silence. Then drive to the next window to get the food and the person giving you the food makes no eye contact, holds our bag out the window all the while talking to another employee. It was just rude and unacceptable.

WE ARE LOCAL. Guessing they depend heavily on freeway on/off ramp traffic. Today they got our order wrong for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW. I realize staffing is short these days. I realize there are shortages - even now in June of 2022. But for the love of God - can't you PLEASE make sure people get what they order and pay for? Call the number on the receipt? Busy signal. This McDonald's is just sub par. My kids like it. However, third strike and you're out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DRIVE UP TO THE NEW WENDY'S INSTEAD. Maybe they can get your order right.

The girl working the drive-through window was upbeat, professional and very friendly. My quarter pounder was made to order fresh and fast and very hot and tasty!

order a drink and two orders of french fries and i specific ask for fresh fries. When our order arrived the fries were so cold we could not eat them. I was so upset but the store was busy and i had an appointment. The service was great
