I was really impressed with Chapala's Mexican Restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. I would highly recommend that you try this restaurant out. You will be so happy that you did!☆☆☆☆☆

We just left there and will not go back. Food was okay but our server was rude. He never acknowledged when I thanked him for our drinks and then after bringing our food, he never returned to refill our tea or drink. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood when we came in. This happened the last time that we came and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but for this to happen twice is not good.

The food was very underwhelming, little to no flavor- it tasted like everything came out of a can, not fresh. The staff wasn't accommodating and the whole vibe of this restaurant felt a little off. Maybe they were having an off day, but the experience was so poor that we will not be returning.

I was stationed in South Texas some time ago during my Army Career. I enjoyed some incredible Mexican food. I can honestly say that the food at Chapala is as good as anything I ate in South Texas and Northern Mexico. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. My wife and I eat there frequently and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food, the service or the price.
