I always wear a suit and tie, but I'm in Charlotte on business and eat at the wonderful Palm restaurant whenever I can!!!
Dressy Casual.. not required, but for an excellent steak house, its worth dressing up for.
Casual recommended. Not sure if shorts and tank top would be allowed. Jackets not required
Business casual works - lunch more relaxed than dinner. Would advise against dressing down too much!
