Their pretty pricy but clean and well treated for bugs and rats. Now after looking further I could have found less and just great.
I priced both the inside and outside storage facilities. Yes, the inside, climate-controlled storage costs more. Howevwe, if you are storing items for an extended period of time that may not do well with the vast temperature changes, the higher cost is worth it. An additional cost is the insurance Extra Space requires you to get in case of water or fire damage. I don't know if the outside facilities require that.
