After having to move in on an emergency situation with Public Storage providing sub par service, I can say Extra Space was wonderful. The staff at the Monroe Road location were so friendly and helpful. And they give military discounts which is really nice. They keep a clean, secure environment where you can feel your things are as safe as at home. Michelle is May, Charlotte NC

The facility is nice, clean, and air conditioned. The unit that I am renting out is well lit and close to the entrance. Kim, who works in the office at the facility, is super helpful and demonstrates great customer service! Renting a storage unit at the facility has been a breeze.

Who would have ever known you could have a wonderful experience renting storage!! After a 10 hour relocation drive, I walked into an immaculate office and had the pleasure of meeting Kim Frazier last week and I was blown away at the level of customer service. I needed a large unit in which they didn’t have. She immediately started going over different variations I could use in order to make the 10x20 I needed. She even searched other Extra Spaces nearby to try and make sure I had a unit. My house actually got ready sooner than I thought so I ended up not needing storage but if I ever need a storage in the future I’m coming here.

Kim showed us around the facilities and provided us with a storage unit that was perfect for our needs. She was polite and very professional which was very much appreciated. We did not feel like just a random couple coming in to quickly rent a unit. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming and the units were very clean.
