Yes, our rooftop is open to the entire public during lounge operating hours only (currently those hours are Tue-Sun 4pm till 10pm). We have soda available, coffee, hot tea, and a non-alcoholic elixir available in addition to handcrafted cocktails, beer, and wine. Our rooftop will be staffed with servers and bartending staff come late spring, summer, and fall. While the rooftop is not currently staffed due to inconsistent weather, our lobby lounge is available for dining and for beverage service.
Presently, yes, you can go up if you're under 21 because the bar is not yet open. Once they open the bar, probably not after dark.
