DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!My daughter signed a lease back in October for the Fall 2022 semester and then decided in January that she was transferring to another school. They would not let us out of the lease even though it was very far away so we did exactly what they recommended we do which was find another person the take the room in the apartment. To this day they still do not have this figured out. They made me also pay a cancelation fee even though someone else took the apartment and now they called my daughter today and asked her when she was moving in and that she had 2 leases. NOONE there knows what they are doing and they still owe me my $100 dollar deposit that i was supposed to get back because they wouldn't let me give it to the new person that was taking over the lease. I have had multiple conversations with employees from the standard but nothing is every straightened out. I find it hard to believe that with all of this miscommunication and information and the lack of knowledge at the Standard that i would be held responsible for anything at this point. I would not feel safe with any of this and wouldn't even give them 1 star

I was having problems with the standard and parking issues until Tracy stepped in. She has been the most helpful person at this complex and she doesn’t get enough credit. It feels good knowing I can go to her for anything. THANK YOU!!!

The Standard did not match my daughter with her friends, and instead match her with 3 men. They cannot find time to talk to us given they have 50+ roommate matching issues. Customer service is DEAD at The Standard. I would not recommend this if you are looking for an apartment in Boone.

Will gave us a great tour of the complex. Great amenities, clean apartments and common areas. Very simple application process, walked in and out in about an hours time, when we walked out we had a guaranteed apartment. Excellent experience overall with all the leasing staff, especially Will.
