We were told there were some nice furnished cabins close by (wooded and on a small lake) for renting, and the prices were very reasonable. I do not believe there is a campground, though.
They have very nice cabins that can be rented. I think there are only 8-10 cabins available, so definitely call ahead.

We were just there in July and didn't see any camp sites at Squire Boone.
I am not sure. I don't recall seeing a camp ground when I visited.
